We can say a leader is someone who has followers is a person or thing that leads so we can say leadership is the process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task

A good leader has:

• Create vision

• Develop people


• Motivate Followers

So if you actions inspire others to dream more, do more and lear more then you are a leader.
